UEFA England Team News: Gerrard to Play in England Starting XI after Knee Injury

THE LATEST UEFA NEWS – Steven Gerrard will proceed to make his 100th cap for England in a friendly on Wednesday against Sweden – a match that they may find hard to win w1th ease.

The Liverpool and England captain-midfielder is set to become the sixth England player to reach 100 appearances. He recently suffered a knee injury against Chelsea in their 1-1 Premier League draw on Sunday. Medical tests have rendered the midfielder fit to play on Wednesday.
